My name is Cristina and I am born and raised in Austin, Texas. I’m passionate about making my clients feel beautiful and welcomed in my space. I’m a graduate from Texas Laser and Aesthetics where I went to school to obtain a Lash Extensions Specialty License in June of 2020. I specialize in Hybrid, Volume, Striplash, Wet lash and Mega Volume lash extensions and follow the correct technique in order to preserve the health of your lashes while making them look their best. If you have any questions or concerns about the services I provide, please feel free to reach out to me! •POLICY• REFUND POLICY- If you are unsatisfied or experiencing any problems with your service, I will do my absolute best to improve those problems. However, absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given. All services I provide are non-refundable. You have a 48 hour grace period to contact me if any problems arise. BOOKING POLICY- When you book a fill you must have at least 50% or more of your lash extensions for it to be considered a fill. Anything below 50% is considered a full set. Please book accordingly. If you’re unsure please feel free to message me and I’ll help you book accordingly. Please come to your appointment free of makeup, oil free, and clean/brushed lashes. Failure to do so will result in a $10 cleansing fee. FOREIGN FILLS POLICY- New clients with existing lash extensions are able to book a foreign fill as long as there are at least 50% of lash extensions remaining. However, if I am not able to work on the previous artists’ work, due to incorrectly applied lash extensions, a removal and full set will be recommended instead. RESCHEDULES/ CANCELLATION POLICY- All reschedules and cancellations must take place within 48 hours from your scheduled appointment. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations that take place within the 48 hour time frame. Any no shows will be charged 100% of the total service. LATE POLICY- If you are running late to an appointment, I ask that you message me to let me know, otherwise I will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late I will try my best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will try my best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if I am unable to. Please keep in mind I will always do my best to accommodate your appointment. EXTRA GUESTS POLICY- Extra guests will not be allowed to your appointment. Please understand that extra guests can be distracting to the lash artist and to the client as well. Having extra guests may result in your lash set not being as full due to having distractions. *Booking a service with me indicates that you have read and agreed to the policies I have in place to best suit your needs*
